BOOKING INFO HIGH SEASON
In high season weeks, due to the general booking situation and capacity limits, 4-hour blocks can only be booked to a very limited extent.
Cancellation conditions
For cancellations of booked ski courses up to 72 hours before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded. For cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the course, a processing fee of € 35,- will be charged due to the short-term organisational effort. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the course are generally not entitled to a refund. Please contact us if necessary in order to possibly find accommodating solutions.
In the event of illness or injury, a refund of the proportionate course fee is also possible at short notice with a doctor's confirmation.
Lift passes
Lift passes are an independent service provided by Bergbahnen Söll or Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental and are therefore not included in the ski school prices.
Skiing in bad weather
Skiing is an outdoor sport and ski lessons basically take place in all weathers. We adapt the lessons as good as possible to the weather conditions. Therefore, please come to the start of the course even in not ideal weather and bring appropriate clothing for the respective weather conditions, especially for children. Lessons will still take place.
